Global Study on Child Poverty and Disparities

Country Progress Update

The 52 countries participating in the Global Study on Child Poverty and Disparities are all making significant progress with their Child Poverty Studies.

There are now 20 Final Global Study Reports from the following countries:

Bangladesh	Egypt	Kyrgyzstan	Philippines
Burundi	Ghana	Mali	Senegal
Congo, Democratic Republic of	Indian Ocean Islands	Mexico	Tanzania
Congo, Republic of	Jamaica	Nicaragua	Thailand
Djibouti	Kosovo	Niger	Ukraine

Additionally, another 10 countries have draft reports that are in process of being finalized.

                 All participating countries are reminded of the resources that are available to them:

• The common Global Study Visual Identity, to be applied to reports and communication materials .
• Peer review of near final draft reports
• Discussions on the Child Poverty Network, to raise queries, learn from other country experiences, and get feedback from experts.
