Shannon O'Shea is a programme specialist in the newly-formed Information/Knowledge Management Unit in DPP/NYHQ. One of Shannon's roles in this Unit is to provide training and advice on using UNICEF's e-journal and research databases, which allow UNICEF staff to be able to access the world's leading peer-reviewed research. (Access to these resources can be found on UNICEF intranet, under the "Learning and Knowledge" tab.)
